A newly renovated cosy holiday cottage opposite the beach – overlooking the Solent.

Little Beach is beautifully presented traditional holiday bungalow situated just yards from the beach in Seaview. Seaview is a stunning, small, picture perfect yachting town on the east coast of the Isle of Wight. The cottage is part of 26 privately owned bungalows, right opposite a wonderful, sandy, uncrowded, family friendly beach.

Guest benefit from 2 bedrooms, one double, one twin, a wet room, open plan kitchen living room and a large decking area. The property is cosy, but perfectly formed for a relaxing coastal get away, sleeping 4 people.

The private decking area, with seating and large umbrella is ideal to sit and relax taking in the evening sun. Children can run around on the communal grassed area directly in front of the bungalow. Take your tea and drinks to the beach and enjoy the stunning sunsets Seaview is famous for.

 

Just a short walk to several award winning beaches such as Priory Bay, Seagrove Bay, Seaview Beach, Appleby Beach, Ryde Sands and Bembridge. The beaches are predominantly golden sands with stacks of rock pools, places to swim and clear water. 

The area is a paradise for paddle boarding, canoeing, sailing, jet skiing and fishing. With sheltered bays and shallow sands if a safe and fun water sports heaven. 

Seaview village centre is just a 5 minute walk along the seawall and offers local shops, pubs, restaurants and a yacht club. Adjacent to the property is The Hersey Nature Reserve with wildlife and marshes ideal for bird watchers.

Incredible Beaches

Guest really do benefit from an incredible choice of local beaches. The wide sandy beach just a stones throw from the property is child friendly at low tide, and a few feet high for perfect swimming at high tide.

Without getting in the car and Just a short walk to several award winning beaches such as Priory Bay, Seagrove Bay, Seaview Beach, Appleby Beach, Ryde Sands and Bembridge. The beaches are predominantly golden sands with stacks of rock pools, places to swim and clear water. 

 

Pubs, Restaurants, Foodies and Parks

Within a flat 10 minute walk you will find 2 excellent pubs both with sea views. For special occasions the island is littered with foodie hot spots. Fresh local lobster and crab is available from Bembidge Habour. Bembridge village centre has a range of independent shops, restaurants and the Village Inn, plus a bakery, butchers and farm shop. Puckpool park is close with mini golf, a playgound, cafe, and historic forts overlooking the solent.
